Thumbprint cookies are so quick and versatile it's no wonder that I bake them pretty often for the salon. With just a few recipe changes you can take a plain thumbprint cookie and dress it up for any event! I used a bag of Andes Peppermint Chips and created a chocolate peppermint thumbprint for Valentine's weekend. Check out the great results!
